I already regret using this hosting provider. The only response from this company after applying for hosting was from their billing department to confirm payment and being told my account would be created between 6 and 24 hours, I figured this was to cover themselves for whatever reason but it's true, after 24 hours, 1 email and 1 phone call (2 hour wait time) I am still waiting to get my account information.
4 stars? No way, InMotion hosting is another provider I use and their customer service runs circles around iPowerWeb.
Perhaps they get better after 24 hrs but first impressions stick.
